built this.
We started with a simple observation.
Millions of customer signals are generated inside physical businesses every day. Every call, enquiry, booking, cancellation, visit and conversation tells a business something about what its customers want, how demand is changing and where opportunities exist.
Most of those signals are never captured. Most are never connected together. They disappear across calls, messages, booking systems and day-to-day operations before anyone has the chance to understand what they mean.
The result is that businesses are often forced to operate with only a fraction of the information they generate. Important opportunities are missed. Valuable customer relationships go unnoticed. Decisions are made without seeing the full picture.
We believe there is a better way.
When those signals are brought together, they begin to reveal something much larger than individual interactions. Patterns emerge. Customer relationships become clearer. Today, most businesses know exactly what is happening financially. They can tell you what they sold, what they spent and what they earned. Yet when it comes to customers, opportunities and behaviour, the picture is often far less complete.
Every day, businesses generate thousands of signals through calls, enquiries, bookings, visits and conversations. Collectively, those signals contain an extraordinary amount of information about what customers want, which relationships are changing and where future growth is likely to come from. Historically, however, that information has been impossible to capture, connect and learn from at scale.
